Assistant Superintendent LeighAnn Goodwin outlined three parts of the proposed copier arrangement: (1) a five‑year service agreement reducing monthly service from $1,039 to $700 for 38 devices; (2) leasing 11 replacement devices at $1,327.09 per month; and (3) purchase of a Google Drive storage subscription to allow staff access at copiers. Goodwin presented the five‑year Google Drive cost as $142,573.40 with a FY24–25 cost of $43,113.08.
The board approved the recommended five‑year leasing contract with Xerox that includes the Google Drive storage option by motion of Mary Anne Leib, seconded by Linda Maxwell; the motion passed unanimously (7–0). Goodwin said the proposal would replace end‑of‑life devices and lower monthly service costs for the district.
