Trustees voted to cast Frankston ISD’s 41 votes for the Henderson County Appraisal District (HCAD) board of directors for 2025, splitting the district’s block votes among four candidates. Jeremy Allen moved the allocation and Junior Mascorro seconded; the board approved the distribution 7:0.
The distribution as recorded in the minutes assigned 11 votes to Larry Massingill and 10 votes each to Don McAfee, Charles B. Tidmore and Greg Wyatt. The motion recorded no dissent and no further discussion was noted in the minutes.
