Board Member COL Rebecca Zinnante moved to approve the goals and Vice President COL(R) Aaron Braxton II seconded; the motion passed without dissent. District staff presented the goals as multi-year achievement targets required under House Bill 3 and framed them as benchmarks for district planning in instruction and intervention.
