The Fabens ISD Finance Committee meeting was called to order at 5:03 PM by Board President Luis “Charlie” Estrada on Aug. 19, 2025. Trustees Angel Ornelas Jr., Crystal Ramirez, Julieta Sepulveda Ramirez and Greg Spence attended; trustees Orlando Flores and Benjamin Morales were absent. The Pledge of Allegiance and district Mission and Vision statements were recited.
No members of the public signed up to address the Board under Communications and Visitors. At the close of business, Trustee Angel Ornelas moved to adjourn and Trustee Crystal Ramirez seconded; the motion carried 5–0 and the meeting adjourned at 7:48 PM. The minutes record a Board Approved Date of Sept. 17, 2025.
