President Chris Thompson called the special meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and established a quorum of seven board members. Interim Superintendent Mike Morrison was present. The minutes record that no members of the public spoke during the open forum. The board adjourned at 6:02 p.m. after approving the employment action.
