District reports Parkview progress, new track completion, Skyward payroll transition and a $2,040 band donation

Assistant Superintendent of Finance and Operations Eric Diehl updated the board on operations and projects Oct. 16, reporting that grass is growing at Parkview and that the fence is being removed as site work continues. He said the track project is complete and that the new red surface has been installed.
Diehl also reported the Business Department successfully completed its first payroll using Skyward with only minor issues and said the district distributed community decorative bricks from Parkview. He noted a $2,040 donation from Michael Shoemaker to the band program in appreciation for receiving decorative bricks and stone from Parkview School.
