Trustee Jen Mauldin moved to adopt the audit report; Trustee Elizabeth McFarland seconded the motion, which passed unanimously among trustees present in open session.
The approval came after a public hearing during which Jennifer Hanna presented the 2024 Financial Integrity Rating System of Texas (FIRST) Report to the board. No public comments were recorded on the audit or the FIRST report during the meeting. The board also certified in meeting records that the annual financial reports were reviewed on Oct. 21, 2024.
