Trustee Perchinski emphasized insurance and traffic monitoring requirements during discussion; Mayor Joyce said the organizers understand they must relocate if the K-Mart building is redeveloped. "The group doing this pup-up is aware that if the building is redeveloped, they will have to relocate the pop-up," Mayor Joyce said. The motion passed on a unanimous roll call vote.
Board members specified there will be no on-site storage and that the distribution is intended as a weekly event to serve residents.
