KGCB seeks one more youth group for FY26 grant; memorial bench designs discussed

The board discussed outreach to finalize the eighth non-profit youth group and asked members to follow up with interested organizations.
Members reviewed two memorial bench designs for placement at the historic El Morro Theatre (brown slats with white metal) and discussed plaque options. Claire of Hozho Academy and other volunteers are continuing bottle-cap collections to secure another TerraCycle bench; the Boys and Girls Club has also expressed interest in using a bench.
