The Keep Gallup Clean & Beautiful Board confirmed its strategic-plan vision during its Jan. 15, 2026 meeting, with the board voting to retain the document as written. Elizabeth Barriga, Environmental Program Coordinator, asked members to contact her if they want to propose future strategies or volunteer as coordinators to implement events and programs.
Board members present — Tammy Parker (Chairperson), Bill Bright, Greg Kirk, Tracy Lassiter and Noelle Lee — indicated unanimous support to keep the strategic document “as is.” Barriga said the plan is intended to guide KGCB’s outreach, volunteer coordination and event implementation, and emphasized that volunteer coordinators are needed to carry the plan into action.
