Commissioners agree to set stretch goals and resume evaluation work after budget season

The commission agreed to continue drafting the evaluation after budget season and to circulate a cross-table showing which categories are included across example forms. "If you've got stretch goals, whenever you send back to Brad include those in there," one commissioner said, asking that proposed stretch goals be sent along with the evaluation edits. Commissioners tentatively identified September/October, after the budget season, as the next opportunity to resume the work session.
