The Olivia City Council approved its consent agenda, adopting a package of routine items including the July 20 meeting minutes, authorization for the municipal liquor store to dispense intoxicating liquor (Resolution 72), a procurement for underground electrical wire (Resolution 73), and several resolutions calling hearings on program income funds for downtown streetscape improvements and final assessments related to delinquent utility, fire call and lawnmower charges (Resolutions 74–77). The consent package also included approval of a permanent utility easement and the July disbursements.
Councilor Baumgartner moved to approve the consent agenda and Ferguson seconded; after brief confirmation there was no discussion and the chair called the vote with all councilors voting "aye." The consent agenda passed as read.
