The consent package also included approval of a permanent utility easement and the July disbursements.
Councilor Baumgartner moved to approve the consent agenda and Ferguson seconded; after brief confirmation there was no discussion and the chair called the vote with all councilors voting "aye." The consent agenda passed as read.
