At its June 4 meeting the Ankrum Planning Board took several formal actions by voice vote. The board approved the April 2 and May 7 minutes, declared complete and approved an abbreviated site plan for a photovoltaic ground‑mounted system at 148 Box Hill Road, and voted to direct board counsel to prepare a draft resolution regarding the Verizon Route 22 telecommunications application so it can be considered ahead of the July public hearing.
Several other matters were continued or routed for additional work: HudVal’s ADU at 1391 County Route 7 was not approved and applicants were told to seek a zoning variance and supply septic and well documentation before returning. Subdivision applicants were asked to supply soil testing narratives and show potential well locations; a conversion application reported Department of Health approvals but retained outstanding life‑safety items to clear prior to certificate of occupancy.
