Council also approved a two-year concession agreement with Commonland LLC for up to two food-and-beverage/merchandise vending machines inside the airport terminal. The concession fee was set at $1 for the first six months and thereafter 7% of gross sales above $400 per month. Both items passed on roll-call votes.
These approvals were presented as routine airport business with staff noting standard legal review and authorization for the mayor to execute documents.
