HDC tables 520 Mapleton front-entry renovation for lack of contractor drawings

The applicant was advised to return next month with additional construction drawings provided by that contractor.
Commissioner Beth Tracey moved to table the application and Commissioner Scott MacClintic seconded; Commissioner Bill Moryto provided the second for the later procedural motion to table. The motion to table passed 4–0, with votes recorded for Schwemmer, MacClintic, Tracey and Howell. No new materials were submitted at the meeting.
