Planning Board designates itself lead agency and adopts SEQRA resolution for 9 Tower Hill Road

The board passed the resolution unanimously.
The resolution also authorizes the Building Inspector and Village Clerk to notify all potentially interested agencies of the Planning Board's intention to act as lead agency for environmental review. The resolution text and the board's unanimous passage begin the formal SEQRA process for the application; the board indicated notices will be distributed while additional applicant materials are sought.
