Council schedules Med‑X ambulance presentation after volunteers raise concerns

Brandon Keller disclosed he is employed by Med‑X and stated he would not participate in the discussion or vote on the matter. Denise Taylor and others emphasized the need for public hearings and to research outcomes in other Nevada municipalities before any policy change.
The council decided to schedule presentations from both Med‑X and the volunteer fire department at a future special meeting and took no action on replacing volunteer services at this time.
