The board approved a slate of routine administrative items during the May 14 meeting. Trustee Gerardo Medellin moved and Trustee Leticia Vela seconded approval of the April 23, 2025 minutes; that motion passed unanimously. Later in the meeting trustees also approved new student transfers for 2025–2026 and a membership renewal with Walsh Gallegos' legal retainer program.
In addition, the board approved a retention supplement for employees by unanimous vote. Each motion recorded in the minutes shows the motion maker and seconder and indicates unanimous passage; no dissenting votes or abstentions were recorded.
