The Board recorded unanimous approvals for routine business: minutes from Sept. 8, 2025; the Treasurer's Report for September; and monthly utility and police reports. Trustee motions to approve each item were recorded and passed with all "Yea" votes. Trustees also voted to approve and issue warrants for bills against the Village.
Committee and staff updates included a reminder from Trustee Tara Ramsey about an upcoming community garage sale, an Office Manager announcement that dumpsters would be available starting Oct. 13 and picked up by Oct. 20, and a finance reminder from Trustee Tammy Wilson that trick-or-treating would be Oct. 30–31, 6–9 p.m. President Dowdy reminded residents that October curfew for children 16 and under is 9:00 p.m.
