Trustees asked and received clarifications about which rates change and when; one trustee voted "No" on the final roll call while the ordinance passed and was recorded as approved on the transcript at 06:22.
The ordinance sets the structure for annual small increases going forward and fixes an inconsistency in the out-of-town sewer rate.
