After discussion Trustee Caleb Grover moved and Trustee Tara Ramsey seconded to spend up to $42,000 in TIF funds to purchase a 3-by-8-foot, 10 mm LED sign from Bendsen Signs & Graphics, Inc. The minutes record a roll-call vote with Trustees Wilson, Ramsey, Grover, Callan and Kuntzman all voting "Yea." The motion passed 5–0.
