Trustees approve converting seasonal public-works worker Jeff to full-time status on Jan. 1

Treasurer Brenda Otevaney updated the board that a seasonal public-works employee, Jeff, will be made full-time on Jan. 1. "We're gonna make him the full time public works person. That'll happen January 1," she said. The board discussed the candidate's promotion and the need to post for a part-time/seasonal vacancy.
Board members said the change will occur as staffing needs dictate and that the vacancy will be advertised for a seasonal/part-time public-works role to backfill as operations require. The treasurer noted the board had published a notice for the seasonal position.
