Davis Junction board adopts consent agenda including $854.90 siren maintenance contract

Board members moved to place items 1–4 on the consent agenda and then adopted them under the Illinois Municipal Code omnibus procedures. Clerk called the roll and the omnibus adoption was recorded in the transcript as passing (recorded as "Motion also passes 6 0 3"). No board member asked to remove items for separate consideration.
The consent adoption keeps routine business moving and binds the village to the siren-services contract for the 2025 maintenance year. The board proceeded to the regular agenda after the vote.
