Board will allow LR Communication to view marked utility plans in office; declines to email or release copies

The board agreed the lines already had been marked in the field and that the company could be scheduled to view drawings in the clerk's office, but members repeatedly rejected emailing or otherwise distributing copies or photographs of the detailed plans because of security concerns.
Attorney Mark Knightley suggested protective steps if the board chose to provide the drawings, including a contractual nondisclosure agreement. "We could draft the nondisclosure agreement, require them to, you know, furnish it under, contractual confidentiality," he said. Clerk/staff said they would arrange an appointment and would not send the drawings electronically or permit copies to leave the office.
