Board approves 2026–27 service agreements with TCOE and routine district business

LLP for audit services for the year ending June 30, 2026, and authorized the district's 2025–2026 Application for Consolidated Categorical Aid Programs (ConApp) including the federal addendum. Donations for the district and the approval of payroll and warrants were also adopted by 5–0 votes. Minutes show motions, seconders, and unanimous tallies for each listed item. The approvals were recorded under agenda items 6.1–6.8 on the meeting agenda.
Board President Erin McCully and fellow trustees completed the votes without recorded discussion or public comment on those items. The actions clear the contracts and administrative items the district identified as necessary for the coming school year, and district staff will move to implement the agreements and prepare follow-up documentation as required.
