County board approves transfers including $100,000 from Fairgrounds capital to personnel

The transfers recorded in the minutes are: $100,000.00 from Fairgrounds capital (128700‑55000) to Fairgrounds personnel (128700‑51000); $200,000.00 from Sheriff Service Fee personnel (116500‑51000) to Sheriff Service Fee M&O (116500‑54000); $680.00 from School Resource Officer personnel services (116450‑51000) to Sheriff Service Fees personnel services (116500‑51000); and $900.00 from Sheriff 911 Fund M&O (116554‑54000) to Sheriff 911 Fund travel (116554‑53000).
The transfers move existing budget authority between lines to cover personnel and operating needs and were approved as part of the meeting's consent actions. Departments implementing the transfers will post adjustments to the county finance system in accordance with existing procedures.
