The Jay County Commissioners held a public hearing on updated ADA and Title IV policies prepared by USI Consultants and approved the revisions on July 13. No members of the public spoke during the hearing.
Commissioner Doug Horn moved to approve the policies as presented; Duane Monroe seconded and the motion passed by unanimous vote. The board then approved Resolution 2026-10, which appoints the ADA & Title VI Coordinator and adopts associated procedures.
The public hearing record showed no public comments; the procedural votes were unanimous. The approved resolution establishes coordination procedures the county will use to implement the revised policies.
