The Hudson ISD Board approved insurance proposals for the 2025 coverage year. Mr. Chris Smith moved and Mr. Reagan McClenny seconded a motion to approve TPS (Texas Political Subdivisions) for property/automobile/casualty and liability coverage beginning Feb. 1, 2025 through Jan. 31, 2026, and to approve Certain UW at Lloyds for a separate stand-alone cyber liability policy with the same effective dates; the motion carried unanimously.
The motion as recorded in the minutes states: "I move to approve TPS (Texas Political Subdivisions) for Property/Automobile/Casualty and Liability Insurance coverage beginning coverage from Feb. 1, 2025, to January 31, 2026. In addition, I move to approve Certain UW at Lloyds for a separate Stand-Alone Cyber Liability Policy effective from Feb. 1, 2025, to January 31, 2026."
