"November 11 is actually a holiday," a staff member noted during the discussion as commissioners suggested alternative meeting dates and time adjustments to reduce clashes with school and extracurricular commitments. A motion to approve the calendar (with the changes discussed) was made and carried by show of hands; minutes show the motion passed unanimously.
Staff will follow up with an email confirming the revised dates (staff noted the second Tuesday pattern remains for most months, with exceptions noted for November, December and May).
