The team said the field will remain natural grass, that all games would be played during daylight hours, and that construction is expected to take about 10–11 months once a contractor is selected. After the presentation and public comment, the planning board unanimously voted to declare itself lead agency to begin the state environmental review and circulation process; the board took no other final action.
