Board asked for clarification on service center statement; Vista Bank transition to First United Bank pending

During action item 6.A on Feb. 17, district business staff reported discrepancies in a January statement from the service center and said those issues require clarification before the board will accept the item. Leesa Grimaldo told trustees she will seek more information from the service center and present an update at the March meeting.
Grimaldo also said Vista Bank is in the process of transitioning accounts to First United Bank; district staff are awaiting instructions and training from First United before completing the changeover. The board took no formal action on the item and requested the March update.
