Planning board approves agenda and minutes, records invoice reimbursements and adjourns

The Town of Charleston Planning Board began its Aug. 13 meeting by approving the agenda and last month’s minutes. Donna Wakefield moved to approve the agenda and Amanda Peterson seconded; Amanda Peterson moved to approve the minutes and Andrew Ragozzino seconded, as recorded in the meeting minutes.
The board also recorded that all consultant Amy’s invoices through July were approved and that the town has received two of three reimbursements submitted to the State. Board members noted the need to create a subdivision application permit and a wireless application permit for the town. The meeting was adjourned at 8:01 p.m.
