Steve Nesspor moved to approve the Aug. 26 minutes; Mark Ketcham seconded and the motion was approved with all five members voting yes. Later, Lynn Carlyle moved to adjourn; Steve Nesspor seconded and "the motion carried unanimously," and Chair Tom Johns adjourned the meeting. The board noted the next ZBA meeting is scheduled for Sept. 23 unless there is no business to discuss.
