The Planning Board agreed to table a rezoning discussion concerning split parcels at TideSides Marina after the applicant, Brandon Martin, was not present. Chair Bruce Evener and member William McKee reviewed aerial (overhead) views of the adjoining properties and how they overlay with zoning maps, but the board decided to postpone detailed discussion until the applicant could attend.
Janine Fogarty seconded the motion to table and the board voted unanimously to postpone the item. Chair Evener noted that several properties in the area are already split parcels and the board will revisit the matter when Brandon Martin is available to present details and materials.
