ZBA Notes Route 14 Building Progress, Urges Caution on Future Dock Approvals; Stop-Work Order Issued for Kayak Builder

Kevin Druschel also reported enforcement activity: "there is a stop work order letter that was sent to Guy Rykbost," referring to a kayak-building project. Board members did not record further action beyond noting the stop-work letter and discussing that legal review may be required for tricky variance requests.
The discussion closed with no new policy adopted; members said future cases would be evaluated on site-specific congestion and setback factors rather than a blanket rule.
