Kevin Druschel, the CEO/code enforcement officer, said the Planning Board could not by condition prohibit storage of personal equipment like riding lawnmowers, and requested that staff be given a written list of what the board approved for the file. The motion to accept the site plan passed unanimously (Evener, McKee, Fogarty voting aye).
