The Sodus Point Planning Board unanimously approved on Aug. 27 a site-plan and setback variance for a 22" x 10'2" addition at 8269 Lake Street Ext., proposed by Steve Taylor. The addition will be 16.9 feet from the road right-of-way, short of the 25-foot requirement; the board motioned and voted to approve the plan as presented.
The applicant said the zoning had already approved the bump-out at the stated dimensions. "The zoning had approved the bump out at 22”x10’2”," the minutes record. William Kedley moved to approve the plan and McKee seconded; the vote was unanimous (Evener, Kedley, McKee, Costich voted yes).
