Sodus Point Zoning Board approves minutes and adjourns

The Village of Sodus Point Zoning Board reviewed and approved minutes from its Aug. 12, 2024 meeting after a motion by Steve Nesspor and a second by Mark Ketcham; the vote was unanimous. CEO Kevin Druschel reported that a previously noncompliant fence belonging to Phil Leone is now in compliance.
Mark Ketcham moved to adjourn, seconded by Steve Nesspor, and Chair Tom Johns adjourned the meeting at 7:48 p.m.; the board set its next meeting for Sept. 9 unless there is no business. The actions were recorded in the meeting minutes.
