At its Aug. 15 meeting the board approved several routine expenditures: a $4,305 service proposal from Siewert Equipment to rebuild an altitude valve for the water department, and the purchase of three modernized light fixtures (Model UTLD PA1) from E-J Electric T&D LLC at $1,565.75 each for a total of $4,697.25. Both motions carried with all voting aye.
Clerk-Treasurer Tracy B Durham presented claims 8-1 through 8-47 and trustees approved payment totaling $95,950.82, with the distribution noted in the record as General $62,638.87; Water $18,731.10; and Wastewater $14,580.85. The board then moved to adjourn at 7:21 p.m. and announced a public meeting on Aug. 24 and the next regular meeting set for Sept. 19 at 6:30 p.m.
