Sodus Point ZBA approves minutes, hears old business and adjourns

At the end of its Aug. 12 meeting the Village of Sodus Point Zoning Board reviewed old business, including a note from the Code Enforcement Officer that other storage-building requests are forthcoming, and approved the July 22, 2024 minutes by unanimous motion. Chair Tom Johns then accepted a motion to adjourn; the meeting ended at 7:51 p.m.
The CEO noted that Brandon Martin would return for a separate storage-building approval and that the next ZBA meeting is tentatively scheduled for Aug. 26 unless there is no business to consider.
