A nearby neighbor objected to the proposed bamboo being attached to an existing chain-link fence, but ZBA members said they had no substantive objections to the material. "They want the 6ft fence as that is the size they come in," the minutes record, attributed to the applicants. Mark Ketcham moved to approve the variance, Steve Nesspor seconded, and the motion passed with all three board members voting aye.
