Trustees approve minutes, accept abstract; clerk notes applicant withdrawal and refund deduction

The Village Board accepted minutes for the Sept. 23, Oct. 23 and Nov. 4, 2024 meetings and approved the Abstract by unanimous vote at the Dec. 2 meeting. Motions to accept the minutes and the Abstract were recorded and carried with five ayes.
Village Clerk Kerry Dougherty advised the board that an applicant for 74 Duelk Ave had submitted fees then withdrew their application. The clerk said the applicant requested a refund; to issue it the board would need to approve a resolution and the refund would be reduced by a $500 deduction. The minutes do not record that the board took the refund action that night.
