Following routine business the board voted to adjourn at 8:06 p.m.; the motion to close the meeting was made by Mayor Kalaj and seconded by Trustee Rosner and passed 4 Ayes, 1 Absent. Minutes were recorded as respectfully submitted by Village Clerk Kerry Dougherty.
