The board returned to open session at 6:08 PM. Board member Brian Coufal moved to authorize counsel to execute the contract reflecting the revised daily rate; David Garcia seconded. The board recorded aye votes from Joe Mireles, Brian Coufal, Martin Chapa, David Garcia, Delma Salinas and Jacob Perez. The meeting adjourned at 6:09 PM.
