Board appoints David Bowen as interim Planning Board chair
Summary
With Planning Board Chair Kevin Stahl moving out of the area, the Town Board appointed member David Bowen to serve as chair through the end of the year; the motion passed unanimously.
Supervisor Daniel Marshall reported that Planning Board Chair Kevin Stahl will be moving out of the area and the Planning Board needs a new chair. David Bowen, a current Planning Board member, agreed to serve as chair through the end of 2024.
On a motion by Councilman Stephen Cowley and seconded by Councilwoman Meg Fuller the board accepted Bowen’s temporary appointment; the motion passed 5–0. The board did not set a permanent appointment date and indicated the Planning Board will continue its regular work in the interim.
