The property has 116 feet of frontage, less than the 150 feet the code requires for the proposed configuration; neighbors submitted letters supporting the request.
Board members said the Myerly application offered "excellent reasoning" for the variance and that the sketch met Planning Board expectations. The board voted to forward the proposed dock to the Zoning Board for review per the stamped plans; recorded votes included Evener—aye, Kedley—aye, McKee—aye, Fogarty—aye and Costich—aye.
