The proposal covers a 22.89'x14.8' carport and interior renovations, including a 3'x6' bump-out on the west side; the Zoning Board had asked for at least 5 feet of clearance for the carport.
Board members said the updated plans appeared compliant with the prior Zoning Board direction. Janine Fogarty moved to approve the updated stamped plans; William Kedley seconded and the motion passed with Evener, Kedley, McKee and Fogarty recorded as voting aye.
