Under the approved, stamped plans, one lot will have 85 feet of road frontage and the other 80 feet; board members said the applicant modified an earlier three-lot plan to meet recommendations.
William Kedley moved to approve the subdivision and Janine Fogarty seconded; the motion passed with votes recorded as Evener—aye, Kedley—aye, McKee—aye and Fogarty—aye. Knapp told the board he expects property values likely will not change for about two years and that he might sell at that time.
