Town attorney asks to delay zoning amendment on two-family uses until Feb. 10

Town Attorney John Maccarone told the board that the title company needs additional time to complete a list of names and addresses related to the proposed amendment of Paragraph B of Section 78, Article VIII of the Building Zone Ordinance (extension of certain two-family uses through Dec. 31, 2030). He asked the Supervisor and board members to adjourn Item No. 10 to the Feb. 10, 2026 Town Board meeting; Councilmember Muscarella moved and Deputy Supervisor Goosby seconded the motion, which the board approved and formally adjourned.
Maccarone also noted the timing for a related public hearing (Item No. 68) to avoid confusion. No public testimony was recorded on the item at the Jan. 13 meeting.
