The board also approved revisions to local policies under Board Policy Update 124 and a one-year extension with EM3 Networks under the existing e-rate agreement to provide internet services to the district. The motion text in the minutes states these items "include... purchase of computer replacement devices from Dell Technologies, a Texas Department of Information Resources (TX DIR) vendor up to $130,000" and the audit engagement "up to $100,000 in FY 2024-25."
